I'm happy to tell everyone that I follow this guide to convert cisco 7912 to a sip phone without any hassles. The problem I first had was, I forgot to open port 69 on the APF firewall. Immediately I opened the port, the phone pulled all the files stated above. No more, no less.
I used my elastix box tftpboot to host the sip files.
Thanks to the author.

Hi, this looks like a pretty good set of instructions, but none of the links on the page seem to work for any of the sample configs or purchasing the contract to download the firmware... any suggestions where I might be able to acquire the missing files? Thanks!
